Self-adhesive labels confirm the new world market tendency; and the experience of users has shown that this technology has allowed us to have quicker start-ups of labelling machines, the absence of liquid adhesive solvents which you have with water-glue labels, precision, snug fitting and the possibility of having various backings ranging from paper to plastic, both white or transparent. All this means a final saving by using a self-adhesive label. Often, this technique has solved the problem of creases, by using backings in PE or PP; in fact many containers tend to deform after filling due to both temperature and weight, and it is the label that has to adapt and deform in the same way.
