Sleeve Printing
What is a sleeve? It is a transparent film, which can be printed in a variety of colours and is then folded and bonded with a special adhesive solvent to form a ?tube?; this is then cut, either by the packager (in automated applications) or by Dress Packaging (for manual applications) and then applied to the product; heat shrinking completes the job by wrapping the sleeve around the product, to fit the contours. Dress Packaging can also deal with the problem of distorted texts and images, making everything turn out to be consistent and clearly readable after shrinking. This allows us to attain the perfect packaging of your product, giving it an attractive aspect and offering all the space possible to fit in all the information and images required, for a good promotional campaign.
From printing the film, to forming a sleeve, to finishing on a roll or cutting the individual pieces, Dress Packaging has the best technology to attain a flawless printed product with no adhesive smears on the following materials:

PLA: shrinkage up to 70% only with infra-red or steam ovens
